This tutorial was written by me on January 21,2016 and is the result of my own ideas.
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP,its tools and functions.
Supplies Needed:
PSP X2,but will work in other versions.
Scrap kit of choice: FTU "Love You To Pieces" by Melissa at Melissaz Creationz u can get it
Tube of choice: FTU "Together" by Meine Bastelwelt you can get it HERE
Mask of choice: "ValentineMaskNatsNonsense2013" I was unable to find it at her site
Nats Nonsense but any mask will do.
(Oppional) "Together Frame" I made you can get it at the bottom of page.
Plugins used (oppional)
Lokas 3d Shadow
Xero ~ Radiance
Eye Candy 4000 ~ Gradient Glow
Font of choice: "Sweetheart Script-limited" you can get it HERE
Remember to continuously save your work as you go:)
~~~~~Ready To Make This Tag~~~~~~
1. Open new 700 x 700 transparent raster layer,flood fill white. We can resize later.
2. Copy & paste paper 3 as a new layer resize 88%, go to layers load/save mask ~ load
mask of choice,merge group. Add drop shadow of choice.
3. Copy & paste Together Frame as a new layer resize 65%,adjust sharpness,take your
magic wand click inside frame modify expand by 4,copy & paste paper 1 as a new layer
under frame,invert delete select none. Add drop shadow of choice to frame.
4. Copy & paste your tube remove excess,go to effects Xero ~ Radiance,settings below,
add Lokas 3d Shadow default settings.
5. Time to add elements,use tag above for placement,I used
E01 ~ 55%
E05 ~ 62%
E06 ~ 65%
E08 & E19 ~ 48% duplicate mirror
E30 ~ 55% duplicate 2x arrange
E12 ~ 28%
E24 ~ 80%
E27 ~ 80% mirror
6. Add any other elements u want. Don't forget to sharpen when resizing. Add drop shadow
of choice.
7. X out your backround layer and merge visible. Resize your merged layer 80%-85%,open
up your backround layer and merge visible. Crop to your liking,adjust sharpness~sharpen.
8. Add your name,proper license and copyright,save as jpeg or png.
