I run my childminding business from my home, which is regularly inspected by Ofsted as a safe environment for childcare. My home is smoke free.

We have 2 gorgeous Sprocker Spaniels called Cody and Thornton they have both socialized with small children from 12 weeks old, they are very playful as well as being extremely gentle, they do have a gated off area to enable both the dogs and the children to have space away from each other. I have a dedicated childminding room filled with a range of toys, activities and equipment to ensure all of your child's needs are met. 

Just off of the playroom is a Bathroom/changing area.

I have travel cots for your child to nap in, each child will have their own bedding or I am happy for you to bring bedding from home if you would prefer.

The children also have a designated area in the hall way where they can hang their coat and bag.

We have an enclosed outside area with a range of different resources and sensory play, there is also a mud kitchen and a large wooden shelter. During the warmer weather I get the children involved in growing flowers and plants we also have outdoor vegetable and herb pots.

I live close to a park, woods and country walks.  My car has a range of car seat to meet all needs giving me the opportunity to take the children further afield so they can access  a variety of fun and educational activities such as the soft play, library, play groups. farms and longleat safari park. I use buggies to ensure children are able to move from place to place safely, when walking i will encourage walking with a safety harness. holding hands or holding on to the buggy where appropriate for the child's age and the nature of the walk/outing.

My car is insured and well maintained. I have a range of approved car seats fitted in the car or you are welcome to leave your own with me during the day for your child's use if you would prefer.
