Welcome to my professional corner! My research interest is in real estate finance, housing policy, household finance, and the complexities surrounding consumer bankruptcies and defaults.

I like working with data, statistics, and methodologies to extract insights that illuminate the interplay between housing and credit markets. Exploring the nuanced relationships within these markets ultimately contributes to a deeper understanding of their implications on both individual lives and broader economies.

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Management at Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).

I am also a Senior Research Fellow at the Ryerson Urban Analytics Institute.

Before joining TMU, I was a Senior Specialist in the Research and Innovation Division of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).

I received my Ph.D.  in Applied Economics from HEC Montreal.
