Thesis Topic: Handwritten Writer Independent Bangla Character Recognition

In this thesis, we explore the idea of recognizing writer independent handwritten full-size Bangla document without using any external database. Here we introduce a new feature named 'Connecting Feature' and investigate its viability in real life Bangla document. Entire thesis program is written in Matlab.
