- Giving Awareness Training courses for all levels (Top Management / Middle Management/Executive Management).

- Giving specialized training Courses (Internal Auditors Training Course).

- Assessment the current situation for the company with the requirements of various international standards.

- Establishing Intranet website (internal website) for upload Management system Documents

- my methodology is reduce the use of paper and replace it with electronic archiving as part of a paperless solution using open source programs like Google programs.

- Integration between open source programs and International Standards Requirements.

- Using Open Source Programs:

- Time Management by Google Calendar

- Google Office Package (Doc - Spreadsheet - Slides)

- Mind Mapping software

- Business Process software

- web-based Internal regulations of the organization

- My experience is doing analyze the company's operations and developing a matrix that determine interaction between departments using the method called (Flow chart).

- Accompany the auditors (certification body) and provide technical support during the implementation of the audit and processing of Certification Body Notes.
