Work with the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women's Leadership
In 2020, I had the opportunity to work with the McNulty Institute on developing a virtual workshop for communicating in a time of crisis in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the Institute has partnered with Villanova's College of Professional Studies to develop the Women's Leadership Development Certificate Program where participants build out their personal vision for leadership and develop skills to enhance their leadership effectiveness. I have been fortunate to participate as a facilitator in the program since 2021, working with participants in on the value of questions in leadership communication, and more recently expanding to cover negotiation skills as well. Learn more about the program (and catch me teaching in the background) in the video below!
