IX) Termination of Membership

A Member at any time may retire from the society by sending the resignation in writing to the secretary after paying all dues ( if any ) including that of the current year. Those members who have not paid their subscriptions by the 31^st of December every year, shall automatically forget their membership in the society. Such person can be readmitted on payment of all the arrears and a fine of Rs. 50/- ( Rupees fifty only). General body shall have the power to remove any member from the membership of the society for any act, which in its opinion is likely to be disgraceful and dishonorable to the society.
