Ken has had 21 candidates successfully complete their Doctoral or Master's theses with him and presently has 6 candidates
Ken completed the Preliminary Theological Certificate at Moore Theological College in Sydney gaining 2nd Class Honours in the 1980's. Ken is an active member of St. James Anglican church at Yeppoon in Central Queensland and formerly of St. Luke's Anglican church at Miranda in Sydney.
Ken was also a Dog Obedience Instructor with Sydney All Breeds Dog Training Club for a few years in the 1980's and with Capricorn Coast Dog Obedience Club for a few years in the late 1990's to early 2000's.
Ken's business background involved the seven family companies including Purnell Motors in Sydney. Ken's father, Norm (b.1905 d.1984), founded that company in 1951.
