Home in Hayward

I have spent the last six years rehabbing my home (mobile home) in Eden Gardens Estates (Senior Mobile park...yes, I'm considered a senior now!!!) I've been so lucky to have great help (thank you everyone!!!) and a wonderful handyman, who has done the jobs I can't seem to manage (replacing walls damaged from dry rot, for instance). The left pictures are the before and the right are the after :)

Front rooms...Living Room into Dining Room

We removed a small wall/doorway on the left.

Living Room into Dining Room with the ugliest plastic "chandelier!"

The new light came from the Goodwill Bin

store in Reno...great find!

The Dining Room into the Kitchen...this one was scary!

I was able to get the gas stove and the kitchen flooring on Craigslist. I was so lucky to be able to find many of the fixtures I needed online.

This is my temporary "redo" on the kitchen...It lasted almost four years.

Here's the kitchen gutted (December, 2019)

My new kitchen (crown moulding is the last thing to do still) February, 2020...West Wall

The Family Room

The picture below is the Master bedroom...incredibly dark and depressing. The picture to the right is the new and improved look.

The Master Bath was in need of a total demo...VERY scary.

The Guest Bathroom

Guest Room in its original state...yikes!

Here is the guest room as of 2/2020 from the door of the bathroom (other side).
