About Us

Keith has over 40 years experience in the wood products industry in mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering. He is familiar with a variety of equipment and production strategies. He is also familiar with the strategies that are required to accommodate differences in wood supply. His expert advice and guidance in every area, from PLC programming to equipment modifications and upgrades, continues to dramatically improve plant production.

Dorene has over 20 years experience in higher education, including 20 years as a mathematics professor and over 5 years experience in program development and grant management. Retired from higher education Dorene now serves Keith Hobbs Consulting as the business manager and technology coordinator.
