Traditional Enrollment
Traditional Enrollment is consistent and contracted full-time or part-time child care.
Traditional enrollment contracts are in effect for one school year (September-August) and require you to choose a set full-time or part-time schedule.
Enrollment Process
When inquiring about care, we will meet for a family interview so that you may gain a better understanding of the child care’s policies and program and can get a feel for how your child responds in the new environment. During this time, questions may be asked and a tour will be given. If it is determined that this child care will be a good fit for your child and family, we will proceed with enrollment.
Before the first day of care, you will be required to complete or provide the following:
Read the Family Handbook in its entirety*
Sign an enrollment contract which states you will abide by the policies set forth in the Family Handbook and agree to pay the stated tuition*
Pay enrollment fee & first tuition payment
Complete CACFP enrollment form*
Complete Child Information Record card*
Complete Child in Care Statement/Receipt*
Provide documentation of immunizations*
*Must be completed at initial enrollment and annually.
Please check our Current Openings.

Tuition is due based on your contracted schedule. There are multiple payment plans available. For weekly payment plans, you pay a 2 week deposit up front and then pay a weekly tuition based on your child's schedule. Payment is not required when child care is closed and each child is allowed a set number of personal days for which payment is not required. For monthly payment plans, you pay the same amount every month, regardless of holidays, vacations or illnesses. This plan provides a consistent payment based on your child's weekly tuition multiplied by four.
