- Provided daily and adhoc extracts for a mainframe-to-server data feed

STATE OF DELAWARE, Judicial Information Center, New Castle, Delaware 2012-2014
- Coded and implemented revisions to the Family Court-to-Child Support Enforcement interface using NATURAL and a variety of other tools to make it automatic and “bulletproof” while reducing the processing time from 3 weeks to 2 days
- Developed an automated extract from mainframe to server for CASA data, including normalization, file design, download and SFTP functionality eliminating 3 hours per week of downloading for 15 people

- Converted ACH, Lockbox, Wire Transfer and other payment sources from Sungard’s GlobalPlus to SEI Trust 3000 formats, including creation of and revisions to COBOL programs, DB2 processing, JCL and FTP

- Converted over 100 in-house and third-party vendor VS COBOL and COBOL II programs to COBOL LE, including CICS maps and VSAM files
- Rewrote almost 100 ReportWriter programs to run under COBOL LE
- Replaced KeyMaster data entry application with CICS COBOL programs, saving thousands of dollars in compiler licensing fees and add-on tools
