Below is the constitution, which established the organization in 1970. It was ratified in 1971 by founding members James Carigan, Charles Cook, James Fehr, Bob Flener, E.B. Gaither, James Havens, Cy Layson, John McChord and Raymond Pile. It was last amended in 2025.
