Most of hacks requires use Cheat Engine

 Abe's Exoddus Beta Area in Playstation Demo Disc (Or in PC Demo)

This tutorial will guide you to Abe's Exoddus Beta Area of Necrum Mines in Demo Versions of the game.

Requirements:

* Cheat Engine

* PS1 Emulator to run PS1 ISOs.

* PAL version demo disc that have's Abe's Exoddus Demo (Or just PC Demo)

1. Open Cheat Engine & Any Emulator that runs demo where Abe's Exoddus Demo is.

2. Find any well and jump to it. Pause game and watch what screen ID reads in above. If screen ID is MIP07C14 then it should be in Cheat Engine: 1 0 7 0 14 [Value Type: Array of bytes, decimal]. After taking up screen ID jump back to well.

3. Start Scan. When you found right address(es) change them to 1 0 3 0 1 (MIP03C01)

4. Jump back to well. You come to screen where is your edited well. ;)

5. Jump to edited well. You enter now to Abe's Exoddus Beta Area. :O :D

 Change Abe's Position

This is the most easist way to hack Abe's position with Cheat Engine.

1. Stand still in game.

2. In Cheat Engine set Value Type to 2 Bytes and Scan Type to "Unknown Init. Value."

3. Now in game make single step to left or single step to right.

4. Back to Cheat Engine. If Abe took single step to left then set Scan Type: "Decreased Value By..." and if he took step to right then Scan Type is "Increased Value By...". Input value "25" and hit Next Scan button.

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until you may find right address.

6. After finding address just edit and you can edit Abe's X Position in game. :)

7. Now open Memory Viewer from that discovered address. About 4 Bytes later from top left you can add also Y Position. :)

 Change Abe's Color

1. Open Cheat Engine and Abe's Exoddus or Abe's Oddysee

2. Search with Cheat Engine value "66 00 66 00 66" Value Type: Array of Bytes (Hex)

3. Add Addressed and try changing them until you see that one address makes Abe's color diffirent :D

4. Might not work on all levels but this is usually his color in hex!

Abe's Size: (Best in Exoddus.)

When Abe is in background Scan: 128 with Value Type: 2Bytes and when Abe is in foreground then scan: 256.

If you change this found address in Exoddus it works best. You can make small Abe in foreground and giant Abe in background by toggling values 128 and 256

 Change Object Color

This will teach you how to change objects color, though this trick is pretty hard to do, so failing is most of time possible. But let's make you start:

1. Open Cheat Engine, Abe's Oddysee first.

2. Open Level Editor and in level where you are. Select Object you want color changed. Copy it's X position to clipboard.

3. Continue in Cheat Engine, choose AbeWin.exe process. Make scan type 2 Bytes and paste value you copied in editor.

4. Scan and you should find some results.

5. At results open "Memory Viewer" by clicking right with mouse.

6. If you are lucky at nearby there will be in memory object's color.
