-b = Video bitrate (Kb/s)

10000 (best available)

-ar = Audio sample rate (Hz)

44100 (good enough quality)

-ab = Audio bitrate (Kb/s)

128 (good enough quality)

-ac = Audio channels (1 mono, 2 stereo)
