301 History In early 1995 the group of modulators base in Brgy. Bancasi organized a group called Emergency Bancasi Group Modulators (EBGM) headed by Ryan Funchica with the Call sign of Moonlight three (3) months after it is changed into a Emergency Butuan Group Modulators. The group organized 50 to 60 members. Due to lack of commitment some of the members vanished.

In November 2, 1998 the mother of Extreme (one of the EBGM member) died and the committed members meet at that evening. They plan to reorganized the group named Communication Assistance to Render Emergency Service Kabalikat (CARES Kabalikat). At that time the group of Alarm 9 an amateur group was dissolved. Some of the members of Alarm 9 transferred to CARES Kabalikat.

The group conducted an orientation on December 15, 1998 the set of officers was established. On December 23, 1998 CARES KABALIKAT celebrated its Christmas party. During the party there was a fire ball happened at J. Flores Ave., Butuan City that was the first calamity that the group encountered.

January 1999 the group assists the KAHIMUNAN FISTIVAL ’99 and in February 1999 the group assists the search and rescue operation during the LA NIÑA flood in Butuan City.

March 1999 one of the member Mr. Paul Mosquito went to Manila for a job and coordinate Sir Gil della Torre (10-01) about Cares Kabalikat, Sir Gil della Torre Surprised about Cares Kabalikat. Sir Gil (10-01) contact Governor of Kabalikat Cagayan de Oro City to visit Butuan City, Kabalikat Cagayan Governor (96-03) send (246-01) the President of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon to gather information about Butuan City and to meet the President of CARES Kabalikat.

April 1999 Sir Jong (96-08) and company conducted orientation to Butuan City and Agusan del Sur.

On October 9, 1999 (96-03) and together with other 10-41’s from different chapter came back for the chartering of Butuan City (301) and Agusan del Sur (302), and it was held at Capitol Training Center, Butuan City.
