Purpose
To promote interest in amateur radio. The club has a club call sign K7NWS, and maintains a Hamshack-trailer located on the Museum of Flight property on west side of East Marginal Way South. The BEARS maintain 4 repeaters located about 20 miles east of Seattle at 2756 feet elevation on Tiger Mountain.

Membership
Membership in the BEARS here in Seattle is open to all Boeing Employees and Boeing Retirees. Associate Membership is available to all Boeing Employee families, Boeing Retirees families, Boeing On-site Vendor Employees, and Retired Boeing On-site Vendor Employees, and their families.
Meetings
Our meetings are open to anyone with an interest in amateur radio. We are currently holding our meetings at the Museum of Flight in a hybrid format with some attending in person and some by video conference. See the BEARFAX for more information.
