Criteria

Transient dysfunction of the LV mid segments, with or without apical involvement. Wall motion abnormality extends beyond vascular territory, usually following stressful trigger.

Absence of obstructive CAD or angiographic evidence of plaque rupture.

New ECG abnormality, possible troponin elevation.

Absence of pheo or myocarditis.
