• Faulty Equipment: If a machine breaks down or is faulty during your hire, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible, depending on availability.
  
  

• Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused by misuse or accident is the responsibility of the hirer.
  
  

• Time Frame: Notify us during the hire period for any issues.
  
  

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for hire charges already incurred, but we will work to swap faulty equipment quickly to minimise disruption.
