Jun Zhu

Dr. Jun Zhu is a clinical associate professor of finance, director of the Finance Opportunity Program, co-director of the Corporate Finance Workshop, and real estate faculty fellow at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. She is also a non-resident fellow in the Housing Finance Policy Center at the Urban Institute. She teaches real estate and corporate finance courses. Her research interests are the mortgage market, housing policy, and real estate finance.
