The price for removing my item was great. I also paid them more than was quoted only because the removal of the GE fridge was a tough move. But also they deserved to have the extra payment that I gave them for a job well done!

I rarely experience such great customer service from the first phone call-to picking up my item & a phone call that I followed up letting them know I was more than satisfied with their work & quality service. These guys arrived on time, moved my junk, and had a great price/ The owner came out and hauled away a tub, toilet and about 10 bags of concrete and wood by himself...Its great to see someone love their job!

The guys hauled away an old hot tub from the back yard. They had to take the tub apart, and cut it into reasonable sized pieces that would fit through the backyard gate.

These guys are great. They had to put up with bees that had taken up residence under the hot tub, and 100+ degree temperatures. They were very pleasant and professional, and cleaned up the area before they left. The Junk Guys make hot dirty work look like fun!

I inherited a "new" 7-year-old refrigerator to replace my current 23-year-old one. Getting rid of it was a pain because you have to remove the Freon just to take it to the recycle center. It was quickly becoming obvious why you find old appliances alongside the road! I was really impressed by my experience with Junk Guys. Ricardo responded very quickly to my email and was able to schedule pick up from my home the very next day. When they got here, they were very professional and fast. While they were working, I went to the garage to check on how things were going. Not only were the finished loading the junk, but they were actually sweeping the entire garage. It was the cleanest that I have ever seen it! Not only were they exceptionally nice, but I felt like I got significantly more than my money's worth.
