Bryan Tingle
Bryan is a graduate of Central Bucks East High School where he played football, basketball, track and lacrosse. He went on to the University of Delaware where he played football, lacrosse, and rugby while apart of the 2003 national championship football Blue Hens. Bryan earned All- American honors in rugby as a senior. After college Bryan was a member of the National Championship GMH club lacrosse team while also competing for multiple professional lacrosse rosters including the Philadelphia Barrage, Philadelphia Wings, and New York Titans. Bryan also played for the USA indoor developmental lacrosse team for 4 years.
Bryan is currently a health and physical education teacher at Garnet Valley Middle School while coaching football and lacrosse. This season, he is joining GVHS as an assistant coach, after 15 years building a foundation at GVMS. He also coaches the 2033/34 Brotherly Love team and Brotherly Love Pegasus 2030 team. He is married to Becky and they have 4 children, ages 14, 12, 10 & 8.
Becky Tingle
Becky is a graduate of Garnet Valley where she played field hockey, basketball and lacrosse. She earned All-Delco and All-American honors for lacrosse while scoring over 100 career goals. She continued her lacrosse career at nationally ranked Division I University of Delaware. Since then, Becky has coached at top camps and clinics, sharing her knowledge of the game. She was head coach at Avon Grove High School, assistant coach at Drexel University, head coach at Sun Valley HS and spent 4 seasons coaching at GVMS. She also founded and coached the Lenape Premier club team for 10 years, and was a US Lacrosse official.
Currently, Becky is the director of Dames Girls Lacrosse Club comprised of teams from ages 3rd-8th grades and a volunteer board member for BYC girls youth lacrosse where she coaches her 2 daughters. She is married to Bryan and they have 4 children, ages 14, 12, 10 & 8

Joe Kivlan - A native of Huntington, Long Island, Coach Kivlan currently coaches at GVMS. Previously, he has coached over 10 years with the GVHS Jags as the assistant varsity defensive coach and head JV coach. Joe also served as the head varsity coach for Council Rock North for four years reaching the district playoffs twice. Coach Kivlan has coached a number of clubs teams in the past including Arrowhead Lacrosse, Bucks Select, Brotherly Love, and Jags Lax. Coach Kivlan has been an enormous reason for the success of the Garnet Valley Lacrosse program! Joe is a social studies teacher at Garnet Valley High School. He and his wife have a 6-year-old son.
Sarah Kalish - Long-time BYC intramural and club coach and lacrosse expert. She has coached many, many GV girls over the years, setting them up for successful college careers. She has also served as one of the FC Brandywine (soccer) directors and coaches for many years. An American University lacrosse standout, she also coached at Cornell and Villanova.
