Community Rental Application:
Up to 45 total hours per month for ALL Community Rentals
Up to 8 of those hours can be on a Saturday or Sunday
Further Hours are booked at HALF RATE.
Booked in no less than 2 hour increments.
Community Rentals are Self Cleaning.
A yearly maintenance fee of $250 (supplies) is required if any one group uses more than 25 hours in the year.
At least one member of the community rental must be present at each rental event.
At least one member of the community rental must be an active and participating member of the Grange.
A predetermined service project to benefit the grange would be agreed upon for rentals that meet 5 rentals and/or 25 hours of usage.
Community Rentals are not tenants of the building and may not receive mail at the Grange.
Community Rentals must maintain and show proof of insurance for the rental period.
Community Rentals can rent storage space at the grange for a predetermined amount of time.
Booking is done quarterly and due by 8am on the following for consideration:
December January, February, March
March April, May and June,
June July, August and September,
September October, November, and December.
Booking Inquiries do not guarantee acceptance.
These events can not sell tickets for admission but may charge a fee for their membership.

Cancelation Fee Schedule:
Up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the contracted event, in the event of a cancellation the JC Grange will:
Issue a refund of the USE FEE (including Add-On) at 100% minus the transaction fee to process the refund.
Issue a refund of the SECURITY DEPOSIT at 50% minus the transaction fee to process the refund.
If a cancellation request is made within 14 days prior to the event the JC Grange will:
Issue a refund of the USE FEE (including Add-Ons) minus 20% of the total rental and the transaction fee to process the refund.
Will NOT Issue a refund of the SECURITY DEPOSIT.
