Program Registration and Payment Policies

How Our Program Works

Unless otherwise noted, JumpBunch is an ongoing program at your child's school. Classes meet once a week. We therefore continue to take your child to class unless we receive written notification (email works fine!) that you no longer wish your child to participate. Please note the following:

  • Your child's school personnel is not responsible for notifying us of your child's withdrawal.

  • Failure to pay a bill on time does not constitute notification of withdrawal from JumpBunch.

Holidays/Cancellations

  • In our monthly programs, we guarantee 4 classes per month or 8 classes in a consecutive two-month period. Make up classes will be scheduled by JumpBunch in the case of class cancellation due to coach illness, holidays, weather, etc. If for some reason an acceptable make-up class cannot be arranged, you will be given credit for the missed class.

  • Credit cannot be given to you for your child's missed classes due to illness, vacations, etc. Please contact JumpBunch to arrange an extended absence.

Registration

  • Register anytime. Our program is ongoing. Should you register your child mid-month, your bill will be pro-rated to reflect the correct number of classes.

  • To Register: Go to our online registration page or the paper registration form (obtain from the office at your child's school)

  • To Withdraw: Submit written notice or email ColumbusOH@JumpBunch.com

Billing

  • All billing is done via EMAIL using the email address submitted at the time of registration. No paper reminders are sent. It is your responsibility to check your email and submit payment on time. If you have not provided JumpBunch with a valid email address, you will still be responsible for prompt payment.

  • Statements are emailed prior to the due date. Emailed reminders and statements may be sent as needed.

  • Payment is due the first day of the month for that month.

Payments

  • Pay online and/or set up automatic payments. To log in, use the email address that you used when you registered for JumpBunch. If you don't know your password or have forgotten, just click "I forgot my password," and a new password will be emailed to you. If you need help with this system, please call JumpBunch at (614) 285-4544.

Late Payments

  • For monthly classes, fees are due the first of the month for that month.

  • If your fees becomes more than 30 days past due, your child's participation in JumpBunch will be interrupted until full payment of past due amount is received.

  • Avoid disappointing your child by paying your bills promptly. Do not put your child's JumpBunch coach in the situation where the Coach has tell your child they cannot attend JumpBunch.
