Q. Do you deliver and set up the units?
A. No I am sorry but you will have to pick up the moonwalk on Friday and drop it off on Sunday or Monday.
Q. How big are the moonwalks when deflated?
A. You will need a mini van or suv with the back seat folded down or a truck. The moonwalks weight is 150 pounds to 175 pounds.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. I do not require a deposit so really you can cancel anytime but please try to let me know ASAP so I can try to rent it out again. If there is bad weather you can cancel anytime but if you do pick it up you do have to pay for it so please watch the weather.
Q. What surfaces can the bouncers be set up on?
A. The best surface is a level grassy area, free of rocks, ANIMAL WASTE, sticks, and tree roots. You can NOT set up on concrete, asphalt, parking lots unless you contact me about it before you rent it.
Q. How many people can safely bounce in a unit at the same time?
A. The moonwalks hold 800 pounds so 8 to 9 kids at a time.
Q. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A. To ensure the best selection, we recommend you reserve your equipment as early as possible when you begin planning your event. We reserve weeks and months in advance and book up quickly.
Q. How do I reserve a rental date?
A. Email me the date you would like and what moonwalk and I will email you back to confirm. We accept cash, money orders and checks.
Q. What we provide for moonwalk rental?
A. You will get the moonwalk, pegs to hold it down, blower, instructions on how to set up, and extention cord if needed.
Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment is due when the moonwalk is picked up.
Q. Do I have to clean the moonwalk?
A. Only if it has anything other than some grass inside such as balloons, socks, or party confetti. I clean and disinfect, the moonwalks after each use.
Q. Does it get hot inside of the moonwalk?
A.It is not any warmer or cooler in the bounce house than outside of it. The jumping and playing are what really get you warmed up, so drink plenty of water. Sometime if in direct sunlight the vinyl can get hot.
Q.My yard slopes a bit, will that be O.K?
A. A slight slope is not a problem. If the area slopes more than a little, we may request an alternate location. Safety is the most important consideration for your set-up area. Please have an alternate location in mind.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc
Q. What is my responsibility as a renter of a bouncer?
A. You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use at all times. This includes inspecting pockets for small items to be removed, making sure there are NO shoes or jewelry worn, anything on clothing that can scrape the unit or slide, NO gum, candy, food, drinks, wrappers, balloons, toys, NO SILLY STRING ANYWHERE NEAR THE UNIT, water toys, goodie bags, cups, or sharp objects that could come in contact with the unit. Do not let the children play in sand, then go into the unit. You will have scraped knees and many unhappy jumpers. Sand gets into the seams that naturally blow out air and clogs the seams and this prevents air flow. This applies to anything sticky as well. Soda, juice boxes, gum, candy, glitter, etc...all have a substance that clogs air flow.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR NEAR THE UNIT please keep your pets indoors away from the moonwalk. Pets damage the unit, no matter how cute they are, they have sharp claws and leave "evidence" and this "evidence" TOTALS moonwalks and the smell does NOT come out of vinyl.
DO NOT ALLOW THE CHILDREN TO HANG OR CLIMB ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS! Do not allow the children to go near the blower, cords, hoses or any items we use to secure/anchor the moonwalk. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ANY DAMAGE
