8.TPU coated PET release film(Cold tear)

1. Introduction to TPU:

TPU has lots of advantages like a wide range of hardness, high physical strength (good load capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance), excellent cold resistance (still maintains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at minus 35 degrees), good latter workability, oil-resistant, water-resistant, mold-resistant, good bending, good wear resistance, easy cutting by high frequency, good UV resistance and so on.

Recycling is good, it will be automatically decomposed. And at present TPU is already widely used as environmental protection material in the world.

3. Introduction and use of this product:

We cover a layer of TPU film on the PET release film. Customers only need to apply ink and hot melt adhesive on our composite film. After transfer to clothes and shoes or any material, TPU will follow the most trademarks. The surface forms a layer of TPU protective layer.

4. Advantages of this product:

This product overcomes the shortcomings of that TPU layer cannot be coated by screen printing. And can save the cost and time for adding the waterproof and scratch-resistant layer on marks after the ink transfer.

Customers can have the many advantages of TPU layer only requires the use of our membranes.
