As of mid-July, 2019, JSEF holds investments solely in Vanguard mutual funds. Upon the advice of a professional investment manager, current investments are in nine different Vanguard funds. These investments change infrequently, based upon the advice we receive. JSEF currently manages invested funds for 13 bands and other performing groups.

Over our 30-year history, JSEF has granted a total of $158,000 while maintaining a 9.87% average yearly increase in our fund balances, which includes donations. Below are charts showing performance for the past 1, 3, 5, and 10 years. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Something to note is that JSEF is strictly an endowment fund, and donations are added to our endowment base for the financial benefit of the donating organization. Interest and dividends may be withdrawn, but reinvestment is encouraged to allow your endowment to benefit. JSEF delivers quarterly financial reports to investors to allow for easy tracking of your organization’s investment performance.
