 Jisheng Dai was born in December 1982 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China. He received his B.E degree in 2005 from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology (NJUT), Nanjing, China. He received his M. Sc and Ph. D degree, under the supervision of Prof. Zhongfu Ye, from the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. From 2010 to 2023, he was a research fellow in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Jiangsu University.

 His research interests include: Convex Optimization, Information Theory, Wireless Communications, Array Signal Processing, and Bioinformatics.
