Rome Travel

Here are some images of my trip to Rome and the Vatican City. First, can be seen at the Colosseum (Colloseo) and surrounding areas which has plenty of ancient monuments.

The Il Vittoriano monument makes impressive viewing.

There was a Roman festive occasion at Easter in the Circo Massimo outside arena.

Not forgetting the Trevi Fountain.

A visit to the Vatican City (Citta' del Vaticano). There are usually long queues (see above) for the Vatican Museums unless a ticket is bought in advance. But well worth it, including the Sistine Chapel (inside the chapel is not shown).

with St. Peter's Basilica. It was raining that day, but the contrast of some late afternoon sunlight with the dark skies is panoramic.
