Hello! I am a doctoral candidate in Chinese linguistics in the Department of Asian Languages and Literature at the University of Washington. My research interests include second language acquisition, bilingualism and biliteracy, heritage language, and dual-language immersion.

I studied Teaching Chinese as a Second Language at Beijing Language and Culture University (B.A.) and Chinese Linguistics and Language Acquisition at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (M.A.). 

Before starting my Ph.D. program at UW, I worked as a full-time research assistant for three years at the Childhood Bilingualism Research Centre, Chinese University of Hong Kong.
