Course Description
The course focuses on the financial activities from a multinational corporation’s viewpoint. It provides students a systematical approach to learn and think from the perspective of financial manager. There are four major parts covered in this course: the international financial environment, exchange rate behavior, exchange rate risk management and asset/liability management. The following concepts will be introduced and discussed: international capital and foreign exchange market, the advantage of international diversification and foreign investment assessment.
