Near Earth Objects are small Solar System bodies whose orbits bring them relatively close to Earth's orbit. These objects are the both potential resources and potential hazards for Earth, so knowing as much about them as possible is vitally important.
I work with the Neoexchange group at Las Cumbres Observatory to perform rapid followup and characterization for close passing NEOs.
