Leads the OECD's work on agricultural robotics and autonomous vehicles. Manages programme budgets, with consistent real-growth approvals from the OECD Council over 10 years. Led accession processes for Brazil, Slovenia, and Croatia, and Peer Reviews of national systems in Italy, Germany, France, Finland, Israel, and Kenya. Designed and delivered capacity-building programmes in Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Kyrgyzstan, and Kenya.
