HEAD VARSITY COACH
Erik Hofheinz played for James Madison University on the men's club team for three years and continued after college playing USAV. Many of his summers were spent playing in two man tournaments in Virginia and one summer overseas in Australia and New Zealand. His coaching experience has taken him as far as the beaches of southern California. This is his twenty second year of coaching and also has four years of officiating experience. He is entering his twelfth year as head coach at Jordan HS. He and his wife Jennifer have three children.

ASSISTANT/HEAD JV COACH
Brette Pankratz played volleyball all through junior high and high school. She went on to play club volleyball in college at Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Throughout college, she also coached for public and private schools, regular season and Junior Olympics. Her favorite volleyball experience was getting to coach side by side with the University of Minnesota Gophers head volleyball coach, Hugh McCutcheon and USA volleyball player, Jessy Jones. Volleyball is a passion of hers, and she tries to incorporate it into her life whenever she has free time. In general, this will be her 6th year coaching and she is really looking forward to being with us this season.
Josh Deaton and his wife moved to North Carolina from Texas this summer for his wife's medical residency at UNC. Coach Deaton graduated from Baylor University in 2012 with his Secondary Education English Degree and then graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2016 with his masters in Educational Administration and Policy Studies. He has spent the last four years teaching English and coaching in central Texas(Dallas and Austin). His coaching experiences have included basketball, football and track. Coach Deaton has volunteered and helped with his school volleyball programs when and where he can. Coach Deaton has a passion for athletics and helping his student-athletes succeed in the classroom and on the court. He looks forward to being a part of Falcon Volleyball and Jordan HS.
