Mary Katherine Napier is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington in 2011.  This is her fourth year at Jordan High School and second year working with the volleyball program at Jordan.  She graduated high school from Wakefield School (The Plains, VA) in 2007 where she was involved in volleyball both on the school team and through club seasons.  She stayed active in volleyball through college, and although sidelined by shoulder injuries, she is thrilled about returning to the game as a coach. Coach Napier is excited about her second season with the Falcons!  Feel free to contact her at anytime.

My name is Jermaine Stephens and I have  worked as an Exceptional Children One on One Specialist for the Durham Public Schools over the past four and a half years. I am medically retired from the U.S. Army. I am alumnus at Strayer University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Memphis Theological Seminary and this coming fall I will be pursuing my Master's of Science Degree concentrating in Clinical Psychology at Capella University. By way of volleyball, I've had the esteemed pleasure to play overseas during my tenure with the U.S. Army. I also had the opportunity to due some minimal assisting coaching with the Parks and Rec league in Wake County. So for lack of a better phrase, I'm still removing the "green stains" from my volleyball resume. Moreover, this will be my second year coaching volleyball at Jordan High School and I'm extremely excited at the level of talent that we will encounter this season. In the meantime, Go Lady Falcons!!
