• Co-founded organization that focuses on multiple aspects of international education including working with families around the world who want to study in the United States.

• Assisted with drafting and editing reports for funding organization involving initiatives across nine campuses promoting college readiness, graduation preparedness, and career success for Hoosiers.

• Assisted with drafting and editing website for the project to inform internal stakeholders and the public on accomplishments. 

• Conducted literature reviews, literature syntheses, and policy analyses for college pathway project. 

• Co-authored a self-assessment protocol for an Indiana school district that allows middle and high school administrators, staff, and counselors to self-assess, reflect on, and improve institutional practices aimed at college and career readiness.

Program for Intensive English at the IU School of Liberal Arts, IUPUI (Aug. 2014 – June 2022)

• Co-founded, designed, and developed the world-class university level ESL program.

• Managed budget, enrollments, and scheduling for a program averaging 40 students in each of six annual sessions generating an average of $700,000 total revenue per year.
