I have been around computers my entire life. My technical skills are: Linux Operating Systems, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Wan Technology, Virtual LANS, SQL Server, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, FrontPage, Windows Operating Systems, Mac Operating Systems, Contact Center Software, and Microsoft PowerPoint. I have successfully put a Microsoft Exchange Server up for several clients and have put a star network into action. I have created several databases in Access and MySQL. I also have created a few programs in Visual Basic. I know how to setup subnets and IP addresses for several networks.
I have over 10 years of customer service experience and previous management experience. I understand the business concepts of costs, budgets, and requirements needed for a specific project. I have excellent problem solving skills as well. With my ability for diagnosing hardware and software issues I am very good at troubleshooting.
I am good at listening to the customer’s needs and wants before helping the customer in what is actually needed. I will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer according to the company’s guidelines. I love to learn constantly about new information and will consider complex solutions when it comes to problem solving. I work extremely well in a group setting; I will put forth my knowledge and skill to the rest of the team and will contribute all to the best of my ability. I have very good self-management and time-management skills.
