If you are Feeling Suicidal:
If your life is in danger right now, you can go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department (A&E). If you are unable to get to A&E safely by yourself, you can dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
In Hereford, A&E is located at The County Hospital, Stonebow Road, Hereford HR1 2BN.
You can also contact your doctor (general practitioner/GP) and request an emergency appointment, by phoning the surgery where you are registered. Outside usual surgery hours, or if you are not registered with a general practitioner, you can phone 111 and ask for help.
If your doctor has referred you to your local Mental Health Crisis Team, he or she will have explained how you can access this service when you need to.
