I am an Assistant Professor at Humboldt University in Berlin (since April 2023). Prior to this appointment, I was a Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA) in Bonn, following the completion of my PhD at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics in 2020. I am also a Visiting Research Fellow at IZA and a CESifo Research Network Affiliate.
My research explores various topics in Behavioral Economics, Organizational Economics, Labor Economics, and Public Policy.
