Teaching

Teaching has been my passion for the past many years.  Like many others, I have discovered that the secret to good (and fun) teaching is to focus less on the material and more on the students you are teaching the material to.  I custom-make and semi-improvise each lecture to the point where, if I am teaching three different sections of calculus III, then I will literally give three different (albeit similar) lectures, each tailored to the students in that section.  I enjoy answering spontaneous, whimsical questions and watching how each student learns in their own unique way.  To see the courses I am currently teaching, look up my UIC webpage here.
