About Epigenetic Healing Cycles workshop

During this 1-day K-Power® workshop you will learn 14 acupuncture meridians, 5 epigenetic healing cycles, muscle self-testing, a simple protocol to restore your balance in different areas of life: health, relationships, career, finances, etc. You will become aware of attitudes and thinking patterns that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. You will learn how to redirect your attention from solving problems to creating joyful and fulfilling experiences in life. K-Power® workshops are for everyone but they are also part of the PKP Level 1 training.

Your teacher, Lazarina van Oostveen, is an ICPKP faculty member, K-Power® instructor and professional kinesiologist. She has been teaching both professional and short courses in PKP kinesiology for many years.

The Epigenetic Healing Cycles workshop offers knowledge and experience from the fields of epigenetics, ancient Chinese meridian therapy and PKP kinesiology. If you wish to use this workshop only for self-healing, attending it once may be enough for you. If you wish to qualify as a K-Power® instructor to teach this workshop to others, you are required to attend this workshop twice.

How can you apply the K-Power® techniques?

• You can practice the K-Power® kinesiology self-healing protocols at home

• You can practice the techniques you learn on your family and friends and exchange sessions with other course participants

• You can become a K-Power® instructor and teach K-Power® workshops to other people. To qualify as an international K-Power® instructor, you simply need to attend a K-Power® workshop twice and complete an assessment journal. T&C apply - speak to your teacher. This can be a unique opportunity for you to offer this empowering knowledge to your community.

• You can enrol to study more kinesiology units to practice for yourself, your family and friends, or to add kinesiology skills to your existing healing practice, or you can enrol in a Level 1 kinesiology course to qualify as a professional kinesiologist.

About your teacher

Lazarina van Oostveen (Laika) has over 30 years of experience in the field of complementary therapies. She is the Director of the Johannesburg Kinesiology College of Holistic Healing in Johannesburg, South Africa and a lecturer at the Kinesiology Training Center, Bulgaria. 

She has an International Diploma in Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) and is a registered member of the kinesiology associations - PKPASA and ASKSA.

Lazarina is a faculty member of the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) and offers all 5 diploma levels of ICPKP kinesiology training. She is also a registered instructor of Touch for Health (IKC) and all 15 K-Power® kinesiology workshops.
