The following individuals can be contacted to arrange ministry services for members of the community.  Refer to the JNMC Directory for individual contact information

Community Outreach Ministries

Eucharist Ministers

• • To bring the sacrament to those hospitalized or home-bound contact Dave Everett.

  • Agape (Family Love)   Contact Father Paul Steller for personal counseling, spiritual guidance or special needs (i.e. financial).  All information will remain confidential.

Mass Cards

• • To arrange for a mass to be offered for a family member, or friend contact Ginny Hanley.

Meals

• • To arrange meals for community members that are ill or bereaving contact Lois Sullivan.

Outreach Committee   

          To nominate charitable organizations for JNMC financial or other material support   Contact John Roba.

Phone Tree

• • To arrange for contacting the individuals in the JNMC community contact Mark Brady.

Respite for Caregivers

• • To make arrangements to stay with the person needing company or to provide a primary caregiver time to leave the home for brief periods (Open).

Sunshine

• • To extend a message of concern or condolence to someone in the community who is ill, hospitalized or grieving contact Pat Perkins.

Transportation

• • To arrange transportation to doctors, hospital or physical therapy for someone in the community contact Leon Colucci
