AugBin - an R package for fitting a latent variable model with one continuous and one binary component making up a responder endpoint.

Stata code (written by Dr Cornelia Kunz) for finding Simon two-stage designs with an intermediate endpoint used at the first interim. Download here. This is referenced in the currently submitted paper "Two-stage phase II oncology designs using short-term endpoints for early stopping" by Kunz, Wason and Kieser.
