They then carefully remove the old shingling making sure to respect your home and then carefully replace them with the new shingles.

Chimney Flashing Why you need New Chimney Flashing

Rain and other forms of precipitation tend to find ways of seeping into the corners of your chimney, eventually expanding and causing structural instability at the base of your chimney. This water can sometimes find its way into your attic, causing mold, mildew, and other unwanted consequences. When you get new chimney flashing, thin sheets of metal are placed to prevent water runoff from damaging your chimney’s base.

How we install New Chimney Flashing

When installing new chimney flashing, Gary’s certified professionals custom cut thin sheets of metal to conform to the base of your chimney. These sheets will force water to move upwards in order to reach inside of your chimney, preventing that water from seeping in. The new flashing will then go through a comprehensive inspection to ensure longevity and stability of your chimney.
