Waves - amplitude, period and frequency

To support the ideas behind amplitude, period and frequency use the calculator below (or here) to answer the following questions.

• 1. Have a play with the Amplitude (A) and Period (T) sliders and observe what happens to the wave - when you are ready refresh the page to reset.

  2. What effect does changing the amplitude have on the time for one complete wave?
