• • The age should be below 35.

  • Candidates should have a Ph.D. Degree (CS or EE), and strong background on wireless communications.

  • Strong publication record (major journal or conference papers).

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Work experience in relevant research projects is preferable.

  • At least 5 publications in top IEEE journals or other SCI indexed journals.
