Subway Card Fundraiser

We are selling the Subway cards again as an OPTIONAL fund raiser. We started selling them a while back, but there was some sort of issue, and now that has been taken care of. The cards sell for 10.00 each, with the student earning 5.00 into their band account, and 1.00 going to the Ronald McDonald House. There are 24 peel-off stickers on the card-all the same-buy a 6" sandwich and medium drink and get a 6" sandwich free. Students have to sign out cards at the HS or MS. The sale will run until the second week in May.

Pie Fundraiser Delivery Information

Delivery is Tuesday May 8 at the MIDDLE SCHOOL. Since they are frozen, you have to pick up your orders and get them delivered ASAP. Parents can come as early as 2:30. Pick- up will be at front door band entrance at the MIDDLE SCHOOL- all orders need to be picked up by 5:30, and delivered or put in a freezer immediately after you get them.

2018 Jasper Band 4 Yr Trip Info

From Emily Small: A representative from Music Travel presented information regarding our upcoming trip to Florida during Thanksgiving 2018. Info is attached! We are looking for at least 105 people for 2 buses.  Non-refundable deposit of $35.   ***Please try to sign up before the end of this semester so we can start getting an idea of our numbers going and what payments will be.***  All payments and details will go through Music Travel, not the BPO or directors in the band office.  Payment plans would start November 2017 and go until October 2018.   Last day to cancel trip is 9/21/18 for full refund except for non-refundable deposit.  Parents can direct Mr. Goodhue to submit money out of the student individual band account to the music company for payment to trip account.  there will be additional trip specific fundraising for students to earn money.   Registration cards are available from Emily Small or Stephanie Armstrong.
