What is the Electron Spin Resonance(ESR)?

One of the most suitable techniques to study electric charge states in OLEDs is electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The ESR method is a highly sensitive and nondestructive technique for directly observing radicals and charges with spins in semiconductors and their devices at the molecular level. we are studying microscopic nature such as electric charge states, electron spin states, and molecular orientations in organic devices, etc. using the ESR method.

The light generation mechanism can be analyzed by investigating spin states directly related to the light generation of OLEDs by applying them to EL, PL, EDMR, EDMR, etc. that measure EL, PL, and current in the electron spin resonance (ESR) state.
