Due to time constraint, I could not make videos of all the physically-based models that I developed during my PhD. However, I grouped a few of the videos of physically-based and biomechanical models that I had made in this page . I use ffmpeg tool to create videos from the images and this tool uses H.264 compression, so it is of better quality with good compressed size. If you know any other tool, please kindly let me know. I wrote some of this code recently as I am auditing a course "Physically-based and biomechanical modeling of natural phenomena" by Dr. Prusinkiewicz at the University of Calgary (Jan-April 2015). As and when I write new code, I will update this page with new animation videos. Presently, I am super busy in writing a paper with Dr. Prusinkiewicz, Dr. Jill Harrison (University of Cambridge), and Dr. Elizabeth Barker (University of Calgary).
