Pamela Zaikowski-Noyes, LMT:

Coming to massage from a fitness background, Pamela has been providing high-quality therapeutic massage since 2007. Licensed in New Hampshire, she is a member of the AMTA and is nationally certified through the NCBTMB.

Certified in multiple deep tissue modalities in addition to general relaxation massage, Pamela works with athletes, people recovering from injuries and surgeries, weekend warriors,children, seniors and people looking to alleviate everyday aches and stresses.

Lori Nason, LMT:

Lori has spent most of her life in New England, settling in New Hampshire in 1998. After years of assisting students in funding their college educations, Lori decided to pursue a long-held goal and go to massage school. She truly enjoys helping clients bring mind and body into balance through massage. Lori offers a combination of modalities tailored to each clients individual therapeutic goal, whether relaxation or athletic recovery. This can include Swedish massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, or hot stone massage.

Lori is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professioanls (ABMP) and is committed to continuing to learn and grow as a practitioner. She is also licensed in massage for NH and ME.

Jessica Zilm, LMT:

Born and raised in Connecticut, Jessica attended Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH and graduated with a B.S. degree in Physical Education and a health minor. While at Plymouth, Jessica enlisted in the New Hampshire Army National Guard, where she spent the first 4 years as a flight medic and the next 4 years as a MedEvac pilot. During her time in the military, she was deployed to Iraq and served her country. After returning home, Jessica earned her massage therapy license and worked as a massage therapist at Rochester Massage Therapy in Barrington, New Hampshire.

In October of 2011, Jessica opened her own business called, Dynamic Massage Therapy. Jessica is passionate about her work and is dedicated to staying on top of her profession through her dedication to continuing her education. She has a confident, comfortable touch, which helps ease and relax your muscles. She gives a soothing relaxation massage, as well as an invigorating sports massage. As an experienced licensed massage therapist, Jessica tailors every session to the individual needs of each client.

Jessica is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), AMTA-NH Sports Massage Therapy Team, and has been Nationally Certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) since 2007.
