About Jennifer Mesiano Higham, President: As a professional in the grants field for over 20 years, Jen's responsibilities encompass services to municipal clients relating to grants research, planning, writing, implementation, technical assistance and reporting. Project types range from fire service and law enforcement to cultural programs, information technology, workforce development and water quality.

She uses a highly collaborative approach to conceptualize, coordinate and complete the grant application process, providing the level of service needed to meet each client's needs.

Jennifer's longstanding personal and professional interests extend to regional issues and collaborative partnerships in the areas of environmental sustainability, health care, transportation, emergency management and downtown revitalization. She is also interested in efforts that support the arts as a driver of economic development.

About Craig L. Higham, COO:

Before joining Mesiano Consulting, Craig led a distinguished career in law enforcement as a Criminal Investigator for the Marine Corps Provost Marshal’s Office, the US Department of Defense, and as a New York City Police Officer, where his duties included evidence collection after September 11.

He led a successful practice in asset management and finance with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, earning industry recognition and top-of-class distinctions. At Mesiano Consulting he provides expertise and experience in the areas of first responder operations, homeland security, law enforcement and emergency preparedness, as well as finance and business administration.
